You can lease for as long as you would like and if things change you can easily step away, no fuss no muss. You get all the best parts of owning a horse without the commitment of actually owning one. Whether you're looking for companionship or a competitive partner Excel may have what you’re looking for in an in house lease.
All lease horses must stay in barn with Excel Performance Horses. Leases will include all necessary monthly costs as well as weekly lessons to ensure the health and safety of both horse and rider.

Chet (Mata Gaska)

Chet is a half arabian hunter pleasure horse. Youth and amateur friendly, from beginner through advanced . With his easy going nature Chet is perfect for someone wanting to start competing with horses and with his talent he will help a rider advance to the next level and compete Regionally and Nationally. He is simple and straight forward to ride both at home and in the ring, the perfect horse to build your confidence and skills with.
Livy (Boliviah Norsk)
2006 - 15’1HH - Pinto - Mare
Livy is a half arabian western pleasure mare. Proficient in Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, & Ranch Riding. Livy is perfect for an intermediate-advanced rider who is interested in strengthening their skills and step up to the next level of their riding. Whether you want to compete or just have fun on the trails Livy is there to give you 100%. She is a very fun horse to ride, she is responsive and quick to please, it makes it feel like she’s reading your mind.
Prima (OFW Prima)
2012 - 14’3HH - Bay - Mare
Prima is a purebred arabian mare. She is a talented western pleasure horse as well as competitive Hunter horse. Prima is suitable for a beginner-intermediate Youth or Amateur rider. She will help you learn the ropes safely and confidently without making it so easy you don’t learn anything. Safe enough for the itty bitty rider, talented for the competitive adult, the complete package!
Khash (Royal Khash KSH)
2015 - 16HH - Bay - Gelding
Khash is a purebred arabian hunter pleasure horse. Khash is great for beginner to advanced riders from youth to amateur. He is trained in both pleasure and equitation making him a shoe in for a competitor who wants to grow their strengths in multiple disciplines as well as compete all the way up to the national level. Khash also enjoys a good trail ride, confident and brave he is sure to help you have a great time. Khash is easy to ride and only ever aims to please, truly not a mean bone in his body.
Shamira (Hallmarks Shamira)
2006 - 15’1HH - Bay - Mare
Shamira is a half arabian country pleasure mare. She is competitive in Saddle Seat, Showhack, and Mounted Native Costume. Shamira is perfect for beginner to advanced riders from youth through amateur divisions. Great for someone who has always wanted to try saddle seat but felt it was too out of reach. With her flashy look and her naturally fancy movement she always has that competitive edge. I know she will show you the joy and thrill of competing in the saddle seat division.
